North Hospitality is seeking a POS Technical Support Specialist to assist clients using Oracle Simphony and other POS systems. You will support hardware, software, and networking questions, configure new and replacement hardware, and enter POS data accurately.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Oracle Simphony call center support and 2+ years in technical customer service, with strong communication and computer skills. Remote role with evening and weekend shifts.
