Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related subject and 3 years’ experience in HRIS or a similar role. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
People Soft HCM / FMS / CS
Experience troubleshooting and modifying App Engines
SQL required
3rd party systems integration experience
At least one (1) year of experience in People Soft or Similar development.
Demonstrated a practical understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Must have experience upgrading or implementing People Soft, ERPs, or building integrations between ERPs and third-party systems.
Job Summary:
An HR Systems Analyst is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions, as well as training employees on changes in HR systems and/or processes. Supports the high-level design, build / development, testing, rollout, training, and change management activities associated with implementing new HR business processes and systems on an enterprise scale. Develop and maintain issue lists, action items, project statuses, business process flow diagrams, communication plans, training plans, etc.

Job Duties:
A People Soft ERP Systems Analyst is an IS technical expert who supports the Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) and related People Soft HCM / FMS /CS. This position is responsible for assisting with developing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions, while also coordinating with the other technical and functional analysts. This position helps create, maintain, and modify application engines, component interfaces, and external interfaces with People Soft.
Review, debug, code, and test People Soft applications
Develop and maintain integrations between People Soft and other applications
Identify and plan for design and development risks
Create Technical Documentation for long-term maintenance
Assist with upgrades and data mapping
Ensure data is protected and users can access it easily
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Remote position within Texas. 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
