This role develops and maintains IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices, working with developers, business users, internal IT, and vendors to improve performance and data health.
The Lead Analyst will plan and implement governance policies to ensure systems run optimally and align with regulatory requirements. This is a remote position with standard M-F hours.
