Information Systems Technology Services is a unified organization comprised of various departments which collaborate effectively in order to deliver high quality technology solutions.

In this position, you will providetechnicalleadership and direction to individuals responsible forITOperationsand Project functions supporting the Common/Critical Facilitiesinfrastructure.

The successful candidate must haveabilitiesto quickly provide design recommendations, technicalscopeand technical documentation.

Development of key technology roadmaps andmaintainreliability portfolios.

The successful candidate will be accountable for fostering partnerships with internal Infrastructure teams,external IT teams and business clients for the development, enhancement,implementation and support of new and/or existing IT Infrastructure and related services.

While the position will focus onIT Common/Critical Facilities, the candidate should have general knowledge ofthe products and services associated withallthe "Key Platforms"listed below and must also understandtheend to end process for IT service delivery.

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location approximately 2 - 3 days per week, or more, based on business needs or company requirements. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader.

• Creates and presents innovative solutions based on requirements, by utilizing subject-matter expertise.
• Ensures design solutions delivered are aligned with the requirements in the technical/logic design
• Ensures the successful implementation of the most complex, larger scale, and cross-functional new/enhanced systems on time, in scope and within budget.
• Creates system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmer and development teams.
• Develops and maintains all technical standards, design patterns, reference architectures and roadmaps for one or more foundational services.
• Oversees a portion of the architecture and design of technology solutions supporting business requirements on projects.
• Assists in consulting and guidance during the detailed design, build, test, and deploy phases of IT projects.

Minimum:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience in IT-Information Technology engineering design, 5 years OR Experience in IT-Information Technology project implementation, 5 years

Desired:

• Five years of experience with IT/Substation Design of Core and Edge power Infrastructure, AC/DC Power Systems, Remote Terminal Unit, Building facilities
• Ability in identifying complex problems; reason logically; draw valid conclusions and take appropriate action
