Ntiva is seeking a Service Desk Technician III for a remote role open to candidates located in DC, Maryland, or Virginia. You will manage elevated client tickets, perform advanced first-touch resolutions, and maintain documentation while upholding SLAs.
Travel may be infrequent, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00am–5:00pm EST. The role requires 3–5 years IT experience, strong Microsoft environment skills, and familiarity with virtualization, security practices, and networking.
