In addition to an annual bonus program, they also are employee owned and receive additional annual compensation due to that structure of 10-15% of the salary.
SAP MM Functional Skills- Deep knowledge of SAP MM master data (Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records)
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience with Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution
- Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) concepts
- Understanding of Source Lists, Quota Arrangements, and Purchasing Source Determination
- Experience with Material Master extensions and data governance
- Understanding of S/4
HANA supply chain processes and best practices
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design SAP MM solutions
- Experience configuring SAP MM settings and business rules
- Understanding of integration points between MM, SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and Ariba
- Ability to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
- Experience documenting functional specifications and configuration rationale
- Experience with SAP data analysis and troubleshooting
- Ability to write functional requirements for data extracts and conversions
- Experience with CDS Views, Fiori reporting, or SAP analytics
- Excel, Power Query, and data validation experience
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews
- User story creation and backlog management
- Process mapping and business process documentation
- Test script creation and UAT coordination
- Defect triage and issue resolution
- Change management and user readiness support
- Understanding of EDI transactions (867, 845, 850, 855, 856, etc.)
- Familiarity with APIs and SAP integration concepts
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and navigation
- Experience supporting data migration and mass data maintenance activities
- Understanding of workflow and approval processes
- 5+ years SAP MM functional experience
- Supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or distribution industry experience
- Proven track record delivering projects from requirements through go-live
- Experience working as a consultant or contractor in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Vistex rebates and DMP
