Change Management Specialist
Location: Buffalo, NY
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite
Type: Full-time / Contract
Key Requirements- 8+ years of IT Service Management / Change Management experience.
- Strong Service Now Change Management expertise.
- Experience with CAB, Change Enablement, Change Calendar, and Change Governance
. - Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships
, and ITSM processes. - Experience with Service Now Performance Analytics, dashboards, workflows, and reporting
. - Strong ITIL knowledge;
ITIL 4 Foundation required
. - Experience with Incident & Problem Management integration.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops/CI-CD change management and automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Financial services/banking experience is preferred
. - Service Now CSA/CIS-ITSM certification is a plus.
- Change automation / AI automation
- Service Now ITSM
- Risk and impact assessment
- Change-related KPI reporting
- Releasing audit-ready change records
