Technical Support Rep

Requirements Must have:

• Prior experience in technical support, helpdesk, call center, or a related customer support environment
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to assist users with varying levels of computer proficiency while delivering excellent service
• Solid documentation skills
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage
• 1 year of technical support/helpdesk experience is preferred

• Learn our software and support customers through onboarding
• Help users set up accounts and get started with our platform
• Answer questions about general software use
• Troubleshoot issues across our web and mobile healthcare software products
• Provide patient, technology-focused assistance to end users
• Support customers in person at our Tricities, WA office during a Monday to Friday day shift

We are hiring immediate, full-time Technical Support Representatives/Call Center Agents for our Tricities, WA office, with in-person work required and remote work not available.
