Relativity in the United States is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and networked system issues for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will have frequent phone and email interactions, maintaining records in Salesforce and meeting service level agreements.
The role reports to the Manager of Customer Support, with hours Monday-Friday and a 9-hour shift spanning 7am-7pm Central Time.
