Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide specialized product-vertical technical support to a mix of customers, diagnosing and resolving complex issues. You will log and track tickets in Salesforce, maintain accurate records, and communicate with customers within SLAs.
The role requires SQL and Windows experience, a 9-hour shift within 7am-7pm CST, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance for Relativity One Government work.
