Relativity seeks a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will maintain tickets in Salesforce and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.
Hybrid/Remote schedule with a 9-hour shift (7am–7pm Central). U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required; occasional travel may be needed.
