Relativity in the United States is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex software and networked systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include managing tickets in Salesforce, responding within SLAs, performing SQL queries, and collaborating with senior engineers. Working hours are 4x10-hour shifts (Sat, Sun, Tue, Wed CST) with a differential; onboarding includes a shift to 8am-5pm CST after onboarding.
