Coinbase is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to keep a global workforce productive. You will own Tier 2 escalations, support hardware, software, networking, and access issues, and help scale the service desk as Coinbase grows.
You will work with Google Workspace, Atlassian, Okta, Jamf, Slack, and others, build documentation, mentor 1st line engineers, and partner with IT Ops, Security, IAM, and vendors to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
