IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN "ONSITE" POSITIION
III. POSITION SUMMARYThe primary purpose of this position is to manage the Application Analyst and Database Administrators and to assist the Bank with the successful implementation of key strategic bank wide initiatives in Operations and Information Technology.
IV. PRIMARYACCOUNTABILITIES High Essential
- Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally and serve as a role model to staff.
- Supervise and evaluate the Application Analyst and Database Administrators.
- Banking application knowledge strongly preferred particularly with Fiserv DNA banking core and Nautilus (Hyland OnBase) enterprise content management system.
- Lead planning and/or implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/or testing phases along with formal training.
- Investigate on how to make technology and workflows more efficient or all departments.
- Make recommendations on new products and software that could have a positive impact on the Bank.
- Obtain advanced experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and optimize usage of current software.
- Act as the Federal Reserve End User Authorization Contact (EUAC)
- Learn the Bank's policies, procedures, and operations. Suggest improvements.
- Regularly attend work at Piedmont's place of business during regular business hours.
- Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to management.
- Ensure projects meet requirements, objectives, and deadlines.
- Participate in new vendor selections and the due diligence process.
- Create and/or contribute to risk assessments.

2 yr. College diploma or equivalent work experience

Must have a high level of knowledge of the following subjects; might be regarded as an authority in the area:

PIEDMONT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be able to apply the following principles and processes to day-to-day functions:
- Understand all components of Fiserv DNACore, Instant Open, Instant Issue and Click Switch
- Fiserv Nautilus:
Understand basic administration with document imaging and how it interfaces with DNACore, be able to create workflows. - Have the skills to manage Oracle 12c and how it interfaces with Fiserv DNACore.
- Have a general understanding of the Bank's Operations department and how it interfaces with Information Technology.
- Customer Care Associate exposure
- Deposit administration
- Savings, Time Deposit, Checking and IRA - Deposit transaction
- Savings, Time Deposit, Checking and IRA - Loan origination processes/procedures
- Loan servicing processes/procedures

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis job is conducted in an office work environment, and is generally sedentary but may require walking t of this position's duties require use of a computer.
