HRIS Systems Administrator — UKG Leave & Absence Platform
Remote role (Onsite training required initially, then remote)
Compensation: $12 - $15 per hour
THE ROLE
Our client, Brooksource, is seeking an HRIS Systems Administrator to support a pilot initiative focused on leave-of-absence case processing within the UKG HCM platform. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role responsible for executing leave transactions, maintaining data integrity, and supporting structured workflows across HRIS systems. The position is not a lead or architecture role, but rather centers on systems execution and data management.
The ideal candidate will be technically fluent in navigating enterprise platforms—including UKG (core HCM/payroll module), Microsoft SharePoint (documentation infrastructure), and Microsoft Teams (workflow coordination)—and comfortable operating in a structured, multi‑system environment. Leave‑specific business logic and case procedures will be provided through direct training; the primary requirement is strong systems aptitude. Onsite training is required initially, with the opportunity to transition to remote work after ramp‑up.
YOU'LL DO
- Execute leave-of-absence transactions and case updates directly within the UKG platform, ensuring data accuracy across records
- Maintain structured documentation and system-of-record integrity across UKG, SharePoint, and Teams‑based case tracking tools
- Support cross‑platform data consistency and reporting requirements as the pilot process scales
- Operate within defined system workflows and queue‑based case management processes under the direction of the process lead
- Identify and elevate system or data discrepancies for resolution
- Support process documentation as workflows are standardized for scale
- Strong systems literacy and platform navigation skills; able to ramp quickly in new environments
- Working proficiency with UKG or a comparable HCM/payroll system
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams for documentation and workflow management
- Comfortable operating in a structured, multi‑system data environment
- Ability to maintain data integrity and execute transactions accurately
- Available to start immediately and participate in onsite training
- Experience supporting cross‑platform data consistency and reporting
- Ability to identify and elevate system or data discrepancies
- Individual contributor / execution focus (not a lead or architecture role)
