Digital Marketing Specialist – Hub Spot Monday-Friday/ Start time: 6am/7am PST Remote – United States | Temporary/Contract Pay Rate: $35–$45/hour This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within the United States Love Hub Spot? Looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist – Hub Spot to join our Digital Marketing & Innovation Center and provide hands-on support for Hub Spot across our Operating Companies.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, managing tickets, building marketing assets, solving problems, and working directly with marketing teams to turn ideas and requests into successful digital solutions. You'll play an important role in keeping Hub Spot running smoothly while helping marketing teams get more value from the platform.
Own the Hub Spot Ticket Queue
- Manage the day-to-day Hub Spot ticket queue and backlog.
- Review incoming requests, determine priorities, and keep work moving.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding status, timelines, and next steps.
- Identify recurring requests or issues and recommend process improvements.
- Make sure requests are completed accurately and on time.
Build & Improve in Hub Spot
- Create and maintain Hub Spot forms, landing pages, workflows, email templates, and lists.
- Build and update marketing automation workflows.
- Manage segmentation and audience lists.
- Troubleshoot Hub Spot configuration, automation, and functionality issues.
- Support day-to-day Hub Spot administration and user requests.
- Test and validation change before they go live.
Bring Small Projects to Life
- Independently manage small-to-medium Hub Spot projects from initial request through completion.
- Work with marketing stakeholders to understand their goals and requirements.
- Determine the best Hub Spot solution and execute the build.
- Coordinate testing, revisions, and final launch.
- Keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.
Partner With Marketing Teams
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for marketing teams across Operating Companies.
- Translate technical Hub Spot concepts into clear, easy-to-understand information.
- Set realistic expectations around timelines and deliverables.
- Proactively communicates potential delays, risks, or scope changes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams and time zones.
- Deliver a responsive, customer-service-focused experience.
Collaborate & Solve Problems
- Partner with the broader DMIC Mar Tech team to maintain platform standards and best practices.
- Work closely with the Hub Spot lead and senior specialists on more complex requests.
- Escalate high-risk or cross-business-unit issues when appropriate.
- Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and platform training.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 2–4+ years of hands-on Hub Spot experience.
- Strong experience with Hub Spot Marketing Hub.
- Experience with Hub Spot workflows, forms, landing pages, email marketing, and list segmentation.
- Experience managing a ticket queue, backlog, or request-intake process.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or business units.
- Ability to manage several requests and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-service mindset and a willingness to help others.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fully remote environment.
