Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP 4

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a talented and dedicated Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP S4 to join their dynamic team. Job Title: Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP S4

Location: Remote

• Ensure automation continuity throughout the SAP S/4
  
  HANA transition, executing remediation and re-delivery with minimal business disruption.
• Assess and classify the entire Finance automation portfolio for S4 readiness, determining which automations to retain, redesign, retire, or replace.
• Prepare the automation estate and AI platform for migration and scaling, maintaining resilience during the transition.
• Partner with SAP project teams, IT, and internal automation teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive automation redesign roadmap aligned with project timelines.
• Establish and enforce governance controls, release standards, and impact analysis procedures to safeguard automation processes during platform changes.

• 7+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA delivery, or enterprise automation lifecycle management.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with UiPath automation solutions, including architecture and governance roles.
• Proven expertise in assessing and remediating automation portfolios during major ERP or platform migrations, especially SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience defining and operating release governance and change‑control frameworks in production environments.
