Job DetailsAs a Cleared Business Process Consultant, you play a key role in designing and implementing process solutions that align with our customers’ strategic objectives. In this role, you will lead process discovery and improvement sessions to identify scalable, efficient solutions that accelerate value through industry best practices. You will own and deliver workshops in partnership with technical resources to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
Additionally, you will document and prioritize requirements, and support the delivery of solutions that improve how work is managed and help ensure project success.
- Prepare and lead process discovery and requirement workshops with customer sponsors and key stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure strategic alignment between business objectives and solution design
- Partner with technical resources to deliver and facilitate workshops (in person or virtually), clearly communicate process recommendations, and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify areas of process and/or platform improvement and recommend solutions to gain process efficiencies, improve long-term platform sustainability, and increase adoption rates
- Advise customers on Service Now tools, features, and processes that can enhance their use of the platform and deliver additional business value
- Design and deliver customized Service Now solution demonstrations aligned with customer objectives, highlighting key metrics and KPIs to clearly demonstrate business value
- Manage multiple complex projects or initiatives simultaneously across various customers and areas of the Service Now platform, ensuring effective coordination and timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and ongoing review of project artifacts and documentation
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in BPC team processes, documentation, and methodologies, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Contribute to internal knowledge growth by participating in Centers of Excellence (COE’s), presenting knowledge sharing sessions, and mentoring Business Analysts or junior team members
- Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies
- Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions
- Demonstrate strong corporate citizenship by completing required administrative tasks such as timesheets, feedback forms, and internal documentation accurately and on time
- 3+ years Service Now experience
- 3+ years professional consulting experience
- Expert knowledge of at least one Service Now suite
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of multiple Service Now suites
- Advanced knowledge of Agile/SAFe Product Owner
- Expert practical experience writing stories and grooming requirements
- Advanced knowledge of at least one relevant industry
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- 1 Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
- Active government Secret level security clearance
