Script Pro is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide remote support for software and hardware issues in a fast-paced environment. On-site training at our Mission, KS headquarters will occur for three weeks, with most work performed remotely thereafter.
The role reports to the Supervisor, Technical Support and requires strong problem solving and customer service skills. Shift is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 11:30am–8:00pm CST, with occasional on-site work for Kansas City
