JM Eagle is seeking a highly technical Senior IT Support Engineer to serve as a senior escalation resource for our IT team, with a focus on supporting our manufacturing locations in Los Angeles and across North America.
You’ll troubleshoot complex Microsoft Entra , Intune, and Microsoft 365 issues, develop Power Shell scripts, automate workflows with Power Automate, and mentor other IT staff. The role blends remote support with onsite collaboration and process standardization.
