Join as a Lead Scrum Master, where you'll oversee the Scrum practices across projects. With your deep knowledge of agile methodologies, you'll mentor Scrum Masters and teams, streamline agile processes, and ensure the alignment of Scrum practices with overall project goals, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.

• Define and implement Agile strategies and frameworks for projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of excellence in Agile practices.
• Facilitate collaboration and effective communication across various teams and departments.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Agile practices and processes.
• Oversee large-scale Agile transformations and guide the organization through change management processes.
• Collaborate with other leaders to remove organizational impediments and foster an Agile mindset.

• 5+ years of experience with Scrum Master.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
