This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise App Analyst Sr based in United States.

This senior-level role supports enterprise healthcare applications, with a particular focus on Epic Ambulatory systems and workflows.
You will help ensure application configuration, databases, interfaces, reports, and system functions remain reliable and effective.
The position combines technical analysis, application support, system enhancement, and user-focused problem solving.
You will serve as a key resource for resolving complex issues and translating operational needs into practical technology solutions.
The environment offers exposure to clinical, financial, and administrative workflows across an integrated healthcare setting.

Accountabilities
  • Maintain application configuration, build, database structures, master files, profiles, dictionaries, and other system data while ensuring accuracy and database integrity.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for users experiencing application or system issues, providing timely support and guidance.
  • Investigate and isolate system, application, and performance issues through structured analysis, technical criteria, relevant data, and systematic troubleshooting.
  • Design, develop, code, test, and maintain screen formats, system functions, reports, printed forms, interfaces, and other application components based on user requirements.
  • Support Epic Ambulatory applications and workflows, including configuration, enhancements, maintenance, and ongoing operational support.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and implement application changes in alignment with organizational objectives, available resources, and budget considerations.
  • Participate in project planning by supporting work plans, task assignments, resource coordination, testing, implementation, and related project activities.
  • Provide application and training support while collaborating with clinical, financial, administrative, and technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of application functionality and contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise systems and workflows.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or completion of a vocational or technical program in business, healthcare, information technology, or a related discipline; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of relevant professional experience, technical certifications, and specialized training may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Minimum of six years of experience developing, implementing, operating, supporting, or maintaining information systems within integrated healthcare environments, including hospital or clinic settings.
  • At least five years of Epic Analyst experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience supporting Epic Ambulatory applications and workflows.
  • Epic Ambulatory certification is preferred; candidates with other Epic application experience are encouraged to apply, with certification in Epic Ambulatory expected within six months if not already held.
  • Experience with application configuration, database management, troubleshooting, testing, reporting, interfaces, and system enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a methodical approach to diagnosing technical and application issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate user needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Clinical, financial, or technical credentials such as RN, MT, RRT, CPA, or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with technical and operational stakeholders.
