FULLY REMOTE Clinical Data Analyst

Data Analysis & Management
- Manage, analyze, and interpret real-world clinical data ingested from multiple sources and clinical sites
- Implement and support procedures for effective data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, visualization, and analysis
- Maintain databases and data systems required to support project, departmental, and organizational needs
- Monitor, validate, and maintain data pipelines to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and data integrity
- Perform routine data quality checks and investigate data anomalies or discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and security standards
- Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards for diverse audiences, including Medtech clients, clinical sites, and internal stakeholders
- Generate accurate, audience-specific reports summarizing key findings, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Insights & Stakeholder Communication
- Develop data-driven insights to support improvements in industry products, clinical care operations, and patient care
- Communicate findings clearly to a wide range of stakeholders, including Medtech clients, clinicians, clinical staff, and healthcare administrators
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, analytics, and clinical teams to improve data ingestion, management, and reporting processes
- Document data processes, definitions, and workflows to support scalability, compliance, and knowledge sharing
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve operational efficiency
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and healthcare data
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data operations, data analytics, or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and data quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Salary/Rate Range: $38.00 -$42.50/hour
