About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce QA Test Analyst , you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce-based applications, integrations, and end-to-end business processes. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, application development teams, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions .
In this role, you will:- Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test plans for Salesforce and integrated applications.
- Execute functional, integration, end-to-end, and API testing to validate business and technical requirements.
- Lead defect triage activities and collaborate with technology and business teams to drive issue resolution.
- Validate Salesforce workflows, data mapping, and data transformation processes across applications.
- Publish testing status reports and coordinate testing activities across impacted application teams.

What you need to have to be considered- 7+ years of strong experience testing Salesforce applications and related business processes.
- Experience performing Integration ,
Functional , and End-to-End testing across enterprise applications. - Hands-on experience with API testing using REST services and Postman .
- Experience validating data mapping, data transformation, and system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and Zephyr test management tools.
- Experience creating test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Experience working with Java-based applications in integrated environments.
- Experience with nCino platform testing.
- Experience in financial services or banking domain implementations.
- Exposure to test automation using AccelQ .
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with external enterprise applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to $104,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
