  • Elicit and document PLM requirements and specifications from functional users, engineering staff, and subject matter experts.
  • Review, analyze, define, and document business functions and processes related to product data, document, configuration, and change management.
  • Define alternatives and make recommendations to enhance and/or streamline PLM business processes.
  • Translate customer requirements into a best fit within Teamcenter, and develop processes and documentation that support the SDLC.
  • Design and configure the Teamcenter data model and business objects (BMIDE), workflows, access rules (ACLs), organization, classification, and structure/BOM management.
  • Configure and support change management, document management, and Active Workspace to meet program requirements.
  • Develop and maintain standard systems requirement documents including but not limited to: business process workflows, Functional Requirements Documents, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and use cases.
  • Define and support integration of Teamcenter with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
  • Plan and support data migration, functional testing, cutover, and go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support and user training.
  • Apply PLM knowledge and industry best practices in developing the to-be business processes and procedures.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities in a fast-paced federal program environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or other technically relevant degree.
