Remote Role:
Enterprise Internal Developer Platform Leader
Leads the Product & Experience pillar of the Platform Engineering Hub. Owns strategy, roadmap, adoption, governance, and lifecycle management of the enterprise Internal Developer Platform (IDP). Accountable for developer experience outcomes, service catalog governance, golden paths, self-service engineering capabilities, platform analytics, Git Ops enablement, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption, and AI-enabled engineering experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Product Management (30%), Developer Experience & Self-Service (25%), Platform Ecosystem & Integrations (20%), Leadership & Talent Development (15%), Innovation & AI Enablement (10%).
- Build and scale Internal Developer Platforms
- Established developer experience programs
- Create self-service engineering capabilities

- Applied product management disciplines to improve adoption, satisfaction, and productivity.
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Applications development, analysis or engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Applications development, analysis or engineering
- 5+ years leading Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, SRE, Cloud or Infrastructure teams
- IDP strategy and adoption leadership

Platform Integration Experience
Experience integrating developer platforms with source control, CI/CD, automation, cloud, security, observability, ITSM, and artifact management ecosystems.
The base pay for this position is generally between $170,000 and $195,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
