ATM Operations Analyst

• Provide day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of issues identified within the OMBP ATM network
• Support ATM hardware ordering, invoice processing, vendor management, performance monitoring, reporting, and project activities
• Gather and compile operational data for recurring reports and collaborate with Home Office teams and global business units to support ATM operations

• 3+ years of experience in ATM operations, payment operations, financial services operations, technology operations, or a related discipline
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational issues
• Experience meeting reporting deadlines and compiling data for recurring reports
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of ATM technology and operations, ATM monitoring tools, and ATM hardware/software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Demonstrates expertise in ATM Operations and Payment Operations, with a strong understanding of ATM Technology and Hardware/Software. Capable of analyzing operational data, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating effectively with teams to support ATM performance and reporting.
