Syneos Health is seeking a Real World Biostatistician with safety experience to lead RWE studies using EMR and claims data. You will design observational studies, apply causal inference methods, and support HEOR, regulatory strategy, and market access. Remote in the US/Canada with cross-therapeutic collaboration.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in RWD/RWE analytics, strong coding skills in SAS/R/Python, and experience with ICD/NDC coding and OMOP data structures. PhD preferred.
