InThis Role, You Will:
- Bridge business/marketing stakeholders and the technical delivery team
- Translate audience and use-case requirements into RT-CDP configuration specs
- Drive discovery workshops across marketing, ad ops, data/analytics, and IT security
- Track environment/provisioning dependencies alongside the Architect
- Own key documentation — architecture specs, data mapping, RACI/dependency tracking

- Business analysis experience in CDP/DMP modernization or Mar Tech transformation programs
- Ability to translate business use cases into detailed functional/technical requirements
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud stack (AEP, RT-CDP, Target, Analytics)
- Experience running discovery workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Documentation ownership - design docs, technical specs, data mapping, dependency tracking
- Familiarity with consent management platforms/privacy concepts (e.g., Ketch or similar)
- Vendor/environment coordination - tracking third-party provisioning, escalating blockers
- Working understanding of identity resolution concepts for personalization requirements
- Change/scope management discipline - distinguishing in-scope work from change-request items
- Strong stakeholder management - comfortable pushing back on scope ambiguity with client leadership

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $115,000– $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
