Responsible for increasing revenue, retention, usage, and customer preference forCoCounsel,Westlawand Practical Law through targeted training and trial support. Maintains relationships with existing named accounts and provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training focused onCoCounseland OLI products.
About the Role:In this opportunity as aTrial Specialist, you will:
Conduct individual WAYWO and ROI sessions with each
CoCounseltrial participant
Drive trial usage at the individual user level forCo Counsel
Host small group sessions to demonstrate
CoCounsel'svalue and features
Gather user testimonials specific toCo Counsel
Compile trial success reporting during and at the conclusion of each
Co Counsel trial
Effectively partner with sales and solutions consultants onnetnew sales opportunities
Primary product focus:
Co Counsel Legal , inclusive of Practical Law and Westlaw
You'rea fit for the role of Trial Specialist if you:
Hold a J.D. or have equivalent legal experience
Possess strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone
Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
Maintain a customer-centric focus
Have well-developed negotiation skills
Show strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 USD - $137,800 USD.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
