Training Documentation Analyst - Remote

Job Title

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate degree preferred (Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply).
• One to three years of experience in training, documentation, administrative support, business operations, or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to organize complex information into clear, user-friendly materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with SharePoint, document management systems, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Developing training materials and conducting/presenting end-user training.
• Creating process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aids.
• Supporting compliance, audit, healthcare, government, or technology-related programs.
• Creating basic workflow diagrams or process maps using Visio or similar tools. Position Level
