Project Manager - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Project Manager for a remote, contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will coordinate the delivery and integration of the client's retirement products into the client's mobile banking platform through strategic third-party partnerships, with a strong focus on enabling seamless connections between tax and financial experiences.

As Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end implementation of retirement capabilities, including account onboarding, funding, engagement features, and partner handoffs, to ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Tax, and Compliance teams.

Key Tasks:

* Coordinate end-to-end integration of retirement partners within mobile banking platform, including APIs, onboarding flows, data exchange, and tax-integrated experiences;
Manage cross-functional execution across planning, development, and phased releases

* Support cross-functional coordination and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance through program management activities

* Ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and tax-time experience priorities

* Develop and manage project plans aligned to the partnership roadmap, including tax season readiness and key capability rollouts (e.g., account opening, contributions)

* Consolidate end-to-end customer journeys across mobile banking and tax platforms, including onboarding, tax-time contributions, Saver's Match, and ongoing engagement

* Identify and track mitigations of risks across technical integration, tax implications, and regulatory requirements

* Coordinate operational readiness across Spruce, tax teams, and partner support models

* Support execution of the retirement learning agenda by helping teams evaluate key questions related to adoption, tax-integrated contributions, and engagement outcomes

* Deliver clear status reporting and executive updates on progress, risks, and tax integration readiness

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

* 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects

* Demonstrated experience managing third-party partnerships and technical integrations (e.g., APIs, platform integrations)

* Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs with both internal teams and external partners

* Strong program management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and external partners

* Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable plans

* Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)

* Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering customer-centric outcomes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
