The IT Support Specialist at Thrivent provides first on-call support for supported software applications to meet business needs. When not on call, you’ll assist with validation, maintenance and project work for supported systems, perform troubleshooting, resolution and documentation, and may lead or participate in ITIL roles and processes.
Responsibilities include incident management, data sharing with users and IT partners, ensuring technology readiness, and delivering effective solutions.
