You will own Next Gen Enterprise administration, build SQL queries, train staff on EHR workflows, and report using Hex, Power BI, or Excel, while documenting issues and resolutions.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical EHR support, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and excellent communication with clinical and leadership teams.
