AI Enterprise Solutions Architect

Pay Range: $80.00hr - $85.00hr

• 10+ years of experience with Enterprise AI, Business Analysis, Project/Portfolio Management, and AI Solution Delivery.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Enterprise, Anthropic Claude, Gemini Enterprise, and Glean.
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience with enterprise automation and workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Governance.
• Expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and rapid prototypes to validate business outcomes.
• Deliver production-ready AI solutions leveraging enterprise AI platforms.
• Configure and implement solutions using platforms such as Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, and Gemini Enterprise.
• Develop deep understanding of business processes and operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and automation.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies and approaches.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage Enterprise AI project portfolios, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple work streams and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed dependency plans and project execution strategies.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Create business documentation, technical documentation, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Build slide decks, status reports, and solution proposals.
• Present project updates, recommendations, and business impact metrics to senior leadership.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across business units.
• Measure solution effectiveness and business value delivered.
• Define KPIs and success metrics.
• Recommend continuous improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to enterprise AI standards, governance, and best practices.
• Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and delivery patterns.
• Mentor team members and collaborate across functional teams.
• Support strategic Enterprise AI initiatives beyond individual project responsibilities.
