Tithe.ly is seeking a CX Systems Administrator to own the technical backbone of the Customer Experience tech stack. You will configure Zendesk, Hub Spot, and related tools, build automated workflows, and ensure data integrity as we scale support for churches worldwide.
You will optimize workflows, manage integrations, and tune AI agents and internal tooling to improve operational efficiency in a fully remote, US-based team.
