Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Support Services Technician for a remote role in the Kansas City area. You will provide first-level technical support, diagnose and resolve issues, and guide users on software and operating systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities include ticket-based troubleshooting, remote troubleshooting of VPN, Active Directory, and device deployments. Candidates with 1–2 years in Windows support and MS Office experience are preferred.
