The Proactive Technology Group is seeking a Field Technician based in Midtown Manhattan to provide onsite and remote Level 1/2 IT support across Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, with occasional travel to Greenvale, NY. You will spend about 50% in the field, handling diverse client environments and work streams.
You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, printers, and network issues while documenting findings in IT Glue and tracking work in Halo PSA.
