*** The Connecticut Information Sharing System (CISS) provides an integrated solution for the sharing of criminal justice information (CJI) within the Connecticut criminal justice agencies, in full compliance with the current versions of both the state and federal CJIS Security Policies. Governor Lamont has stated that the CJIS Governing Board’s projects were among his highest priorities. To show progress and visibility, the CJIS team needs an Application Tester.
The Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Application Tester is responsible for system testing, User Acceptance Testing, and requirements validation of the Connecticut Information Sharing System (CISS), and any other system managed by CJIS. The CJIS Application Tester is also responsible for understanding all of the areas of the system and providing institutional knowledge of its design and operation.
