V2X is seeking an Automotive Product Support Specialist to handle inspections, reporting, and technical support across Los Angeles and Ventura counties. You will act as a subject matter expert for domestic OEM clients, documenting vehicle conditions, history, and aftermarket equipment with precision.
The role requires deep automotive knowledge, strong communication, and ability to support arbitration and lemon law matters while meeting SLAs. Primarily remote with travel as needed.
