Digi Pen Institute of Technology in Redmond, WA is seeking a Student IT Helpdesk (FWS only) for 20 hours per week during August 31, 2026 to May 7, 2027. You will support lab/classroom workstations, assist in ticket resolution, and help set up computer equipment under supervision. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.
Applicants must be a currently matriculated Digi Pen student eligible for Federal Work Study with an accepted award. Remote work outside Washington is not permitted.
