Ecamm Network, LLC is seeking a technical support specialist to be among the first to assist customers via email and chat, troubleshoot common issues, and guide users to helpful resources. You’ll work closely with the Support Engineer and the team to improve the overall customer experience.
This full-time, remote role offers a later shift (roughly 11am–7pm) with some flexibility, and a chance to meet the team in person in New England from time to time.
