Complete job description – 15+ yrs experience in Engineering Operations, Application maintenance and Support Java, J2EE projects hands on Support experience Experience in Monitoring tools (Eg. Dynatrace), Incident management, Change management Manage Day to Day ops activities for the CSO suite of apps – System upgrades, DB patching, Cert renewal, Triaging of Incidents and bring to closure. Own uptime, SLAs, and operational KPIs Lead incident management and executive communication Drive automation and AI implementation strategy Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and staffing Partner with Security, Engineering, and Architecture teams Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI, ISO, and internal audits Build training plans for the team IAM/ILM domain knowledge is plus Manage stakeholders at the level AVPs for program execution and growth opportunities Multi-Stack IAM Application Support - Own operations across heterogeneous platforms including
· Windows Stack: IIS, ASP.NET (C#/), Power Shell, Batch scripting,
· Linux Stack:
Perl, Shell scripting, Apache, Tomcat,
· Middleware: IBM WAS, Apache, Tomcat,
· Databases:
Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 (SQL/PL-SQL),
· IAM Platforms: IBM TIM, ISVG, ISVA, LDAP services. Drive resolution of cross-stack dependencies and integration issues IAM Platform Operations & Security
· Oversee IAM application operations involving Authentication / Authorization services and LDAP integrations and user lifecycle flows
· Manage IAM platform components (ISAM/ISVA, LDAP directories)
· Ensure adherence to Security policies, Access governance standards, Audit/compliance requirements Interview mode - In person/Virtual – Virtual. How many rounds of interview – 2 to 3 rounds
