Scrum Master / Business System Analyst
Duration: 2-3 months

Seeking for an Scrum Master / Business System Analyst to support technology delivery by combining Agile leadership, business and systems analysis, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination. Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams to translate complex requirements into actionable Agile deliverables and drive predictable, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to define business objectives, scope, requirements, success metrics, and key decisions.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into well-defined epics, features, and user stories.
- Develop clear acceptance criteria, process/workflow maps, edge cases, and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Own backlog health and readiness by facilitating refinement, prioritization, scope management, and story preparation.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement in team execution.
- Apply an end-to-end systems perspective to assess upstream/downstream impacts, data flows, integrations, and operational support considerations.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to support ROM estimates and document assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
- Assist with critical production incidents by coordinating information flow, documenting impact and timelines, tracking actions, and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
- Incorporate applicable security, privacy, performance, and operational requirements into delivery artifacts
- Maintain executive-ready status reports, planning materials, action logs, and other delivery documentation.
- Apply practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts, use cases, limitations, risks, and governance considerations to technology delivery.
- Identify opportunities to use approved AI-enabled tools and automation to improve requirements analysis, planning, reporting, and delivery workflows.
- Evaluate AI/ML opportunities from a business, technical, risk, and governance perspective.
- Support responsible adoption of AI-assisted approaches while maintaining appropriate security, quality, and governance standards.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Product Owner/Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar hybrid technology-delivery professional.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated Scrum Master capabilities, including facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, blocker removal, dependency management, and continuous improvement.
- Strong backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness management experience.
- Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to understand end-to-end processes, integrations, data flows, dependencies, and operational impacts.
- Technical understanding of SDLC, Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD concepts, APIs/integrations, application environments, logging, and monitoring.
- Experience with Agile lifecycle/work management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Version One, or equivalent.
- Experience with Service Now or equivalent ITSM/ticketing platforms.
- Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-assisted technology delivery.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or equivalent productivity tools.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Scrum certification.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaled Agile approaches.
