Biz First is assisting with recruiting a DAI Help Desk Lead in Washington, D.C. (Remote). The candidate will supervise contract personnel handling remote-access user support and training, ensure adequate staffing, and drive performance against SLAs and KPIs.
The role requires DoD ERP experience with DAI and Oracle Federal Financials, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a Tier 1 helpdesk in a fast-paced environment. U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance are required.
