Open Train is seeking a Market Research AI Training Expert to create, evaluate, and refine training and evaluation data for frontier AI initiatives. You will turn your knowledge of market research and analytics into realistic tasks that test research design, survey methodology, data analysis, and consumer insights.
The work combines subject‑matter judgment with careful review of methodological soundness, technical accuracy, practical realism, and project quality standards. You will work under senior review, incorporate calibration feedback, and support milestone deadlines.

You will design and review expert‑level market research and data analytics tasks that reflect realistic business situations. Your work will help create consistent, challenging evaluation material for AI systems.
- Produce market research and data analytics tasks with gold‑standard solutions

This role requires about three years of hands‑on experience in market research, marketing analytics, or consumer insights. The source role is marked entry level, but the required experience is specifically relevant professional or practical experience in the listed areas.
You should be able to apply market research judgment to training data and explain your reasoning clearly through realistic scenarios, prompts, rubrics, and quality‑reviewed datasets.
