Houston, TX | WFH + Limited Client Site Visits

A well-established Managed Services Provider in Houston is hiring a System Engineer to backfill a critical role on their technical team. This is a true Tier 3 position for someone who has worked in an MSP, can troubleshoot independently, and is comfortable owning issues across multiple client environments. This role offers meaningful technical work, stability, and flexibility — without sacrificing standards or expectations.

• True Tier 3 / escalation work (not entry-level support)
• Mix of escalations and project work
• Primarily work-from-home
• Local client base with predictable site visits
• Long-tenured, collaborative team

• Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and networking issues
• Deploy and manage Sonic Wall firewalls and Ubiquiti switches/WAPs
• Support Hyper-V and Intune environments
• Participate in infrastructure deployments and client projects
• Document work clearly and communicate effectively with clients

• Recent MSP experience is required
• 7+ years of hands-on IT experience
• Solid networking background (Sonic Wall, Ubiquiti)
• Experience with Hyper-V and Intune
• Salary up to $100,000
