About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Marketing Analytics team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics. This team sits inside of the Finance and Data Science organization, but partners with Marketing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

As a Marketing Analytics Manager you will own measurement tools and frameworks, create and maintain reporting dashboards, and build targeting models (in partnership with Data Science). You will be expected to drive insights, make strategy recommendations, own incrementality testing and impact measurement across a variety of marketing channels and campaigns.

You Will:

  • Perform deep customer analysis using advanced SQL, data modeling, and statistical techniques to surface actionable insights
  • Own the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and incrementality tests across marketing campaigns to drive strategic decision-making
  • Clearly communicate analysis results and develop strategies to grow the business by partnering closely with Marketing leaders
  • Drive methodological improvements for existing and new solutions to assess marketing efficiency and ROI. This includes, but is not limited to MMM, MTA, Customer LTV and Churn analyses.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through automated reporting, alerting and the creation of cross-functional processes
  • Manage and develop a team of direct reports, providing analytical guidance, setting priorities, and ensuring accountability for deliverables
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve analytics processes and methodologies

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of Analytics experience with a focus on attribution modeling (MTA, MMM, Causal Inference, Incrementality Testing)
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, with a track record of influencing strategy
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing an analytics team
  • Expert proficiency with SQL, experience with Big Query a plus
  • Experience with dbt, Airflow, and other ETL tools
  • Experience Python and/or R
  • Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Looker
  • Proficiency with A/B testing frameworks and experience interpreting complex experimental designs
  • Ability to align analytics with strategic business goals and to influence decision-making with data-driven recommendations
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized. Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
