Chenega MIOS is seeking a Help Desk Specialist I (Tier 1 - Bilingual) to support the CBP Technology Service Desk. This role serves as a 24x7x365 centralized point of contact for CBP employees and contractors, delivering first‑line technical support and customer service.
Must be bilingual in English/Spanish, able to work rotating shifts, and capable of quick diagnostics, incident management in Service Now, and coordination with internal CBP teams.
