We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the discovery, delivery, configuration, testing, and ongoing enhancement of an enterprise Interconnection Management System (IMS). This role sits at the intersection of business and IT and will work closely with Product Owners, business SMEs, IT teams, and vendors in an Agile environment.
The role will initially support a major platform implementation and will transition into production support, system configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Support Product Owners with requirements research, story development, and documentation.
- Configure, administer, and support workflow automation.
- Configure and maintain business workflows, rules, and system logic.
- Support UAT, data validation, analysis, and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate or implement fixes.
- Manage user change requests through JIRA.
- Develop and maintain reports using PowerBI and/or the platform’s reporting tools.
- Provide user support and training.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and cost savings.
- Perform process mapping, workflow analysis, process design, and performance/ROI analysis.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- 3+ years of relevant experience for Level II; 5+ years for Level III.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on workflow automation, configuration, and administration experience is required.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working across business and IT teams.
- Power Clerk configuration experience.
- Utility industry experience.
- Interconnection process knowledge.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Maximo, GIS, Primavera, or Eco Sys.
- PowerBI/reporting and dashboard development.
- Data migration and advanced data analysis.
- Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Design Thinking experience.
- Experience developing business cases or quantifying improvement opportunities.
A hands-on Product Analyst who combines workflow configuration/automation, business process analysis, data analysis, and system support and can translate business needs into practical system solutions.
